Please complete this form in its entirety. It is important that you send us your reservation ONLY when the dates and times are confirmed. Reservations are done on first come first served basis and therefore last minute changes will be difficult to approve.
If there are several dates, you may attach a schedule, however, please provide the shuttle information only as stated on the form .
We will bill the responsible department using an Interdepartmental Charge Form. Cost: $60 per hour per bus. At least two hour minimum is required for weekend and airport trips.
If you decide to cancel your assignment, please let us know as soon as possible.

Bus Charters: Buses are available for charter at affordable rates by all departments for University related activities. The Transportation Department will send bills for services we provide through an Interdepartmental Transfer (IDT).
